Welcome to the Colorado and New Mexico Great Harvest bread stores

Each of our bakeries is unique, but our common thread is our love of bread. For us, WHOLE GRAIN bread made from 100% whole wheat flour freshly ground each morning in our bakeries is the ultimate bread experience! In addition to AWESOME bread, we bake a variety of mouth-watering sweets daily. Individually, we create menus for our unique locations that have our customers becoming raving fans of Great Harvest Bread Co. Although our menus will vary from one bakery location to another, typically you will be delighted to find the following:

WHOLE GRAIN breads sweetened with honey or molasses (and some completely unsweetened) as well as breads made with white flour

Both sourdough and yeast-raised loaves

Soft-crusted home style breads

Crusty artisan loaves at some locations

A wide variety of sweets

Gluten-free breads and sweets at some locations

Sandwiches at some locations
